Al-Kass Sports Channel
Al-Kass Sports Channel is a 24-hour broadcast sports channel from Qatar. In its first year, the network won many viewers with its supreme coverage of domestic sports, especially football. The channel broadcast the 2006 Asian Games held in Doha and now covers matches involving the Persian Gulf countries, notably FIFA World Cup qualifying matches, the AFC Asian Cup and the Gulf Cup of Nations. It has emerged as one of the most popular sport channels in the Middle East.
WSC is the official sport-marketing partner for the AL-Kass U17 tournament. The Al Kass International Cup (of amateurs under 17 players) in collaboration with Aspire Zone Foundation and Qatar Football Association is a global football championship for clubs that aims at building youths’ skills and preparing young players to be among the future of football World Cup stars.
